Who I Am
With more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, I have dedicated my career to strengthening the operations, culture, and performance of law firms. Most recently, I served as the Chief Operating Officer of a high-growth legal practice with diverse practice areas and significant operational demands, where I led strategic growth, managed high-performing teams, and oversaw the full spectrum of firm operations.
Having worked within several boutique and mid-sized firms throughout my career, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges law firms face when it comes to identifying and retaining exceptional talent. I’ve seen firsthand how the right attorney or support professional can transform an entire practice—and how difficult and time-consuming the hiring process can be for firms already running at full capacity.
Those experiences inspired me to take the next step in my career and build something of my own.
