With more than a decade of experience in the legal industry, I have dedicated my career to strengthening the operations, culture, and performance of law firms. Most recently, I served as the Chief Operating Officer of a high-growth legal practice with diverse practice areas and significant operational demands, where I led strategic growth, managed high-performing teams, and oversaw the full spectrum of firm operations.
Having worked within several boutique and mid-sized firms, I developed a deep understanding of the challenges law firms face when identifying and retaining exceptional talent.
